Job Description

J D:

  • Mainframe Developer with good knowledge of COBOL, DB2, CICS and JCL.
  • Delivers and supports technically complex solutions
  • Leads and participates in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions
  • Ability to provide and implement technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
  • Maintains and develops online and batch application programs.
  • Should have good problem solving, debugging & troubleshooting Skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to understand functional requirements and the big picture to develop effective, flexible solutions.
  • Responds to issues in a timely manner by receiving and investigating incidents and service tickets.
  • Analyzes and observes trends with technical issues and develops recommendations for long-term improvements
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
