Identifies prospective customers (MEP Consultant, Authorised Fire Contractors, System Integrator, end User) & converts them into real business opportunities through careful understanding and analysis of customer requirements and accordingly suggests suitable products and solutions. Key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and new product introductions. Prepares cost estimates by studying/reviewing drawings, plans, RFI/RFQs, SOW and related customer documents. Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends. Anticipates future legislation, advising customer on product, services, or equipment adherence to requirements. Submits Offer/ Quote and confers with Customer Service Representatives. Monitors engineering changes and captures cost for these changes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
