Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities-

Optimize equipment availability.
Zero compromise on electrical & mechanical safety of equipment & facility.
Upkeep of factory assets & utilities of right level.
Define and ensure MTBF & MTTR for all equipment.
OEE of 60% for equipment from maintenance perspective.
Ensure all legal compliances applicable and liase with relevant state department.
Ensure on time availability of spare parts.
Initiate and implement preventive maintenance on/before time including adherence to preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
Ensure all outsourced activities related to maintenance are well coordinated in terms of quality, cost, schedule & safety.
Optimize resource management in the department.
Identify and coordinate with internal stake holders for all needs of the maintenance department.
Training ground workforce on maintenance do s & don t s.
