Job Description

    1. Engineering Diploma with 7 to 8 years experience in operation & maintenance of utilities, EHS system at plant level,2. Should be capable to address mechanical, electrical & instrumentation aspects independently along with technicians.3. experience in in maintenance of rotary equipments like various type of pumps (up to 100 kw rating), valves, agitators, packing machines, conveyors, pipelines, dispersers, milling machines, reactors, mixers etc. 3. Knowledge of thermography/ vibration analyser4. Maintenance of log books for daily operation and maintenance, Records as required for ISO purpose. Prepare and submit the Weekly & Monthly performance Report.5. Trouble shooting of equipment (General equipment, machinery).6. Assisting OEM/ External agency during shutdown/ major breakdowns7.He should have hands on experience in various motors, VFD drives / soft starters. Should be able to read the drawings, trouble shoot mechanical & electrical faults.8. He shall be fully conversant with electrical safety norms, IE rules and local authority requirements.9. He should be conversant with ISO system, documentation & possess strong analytical & communication skills.10. Should be able to work on PC for various reports making, able to guide & lead the team.11. Should be familiar with process industries safety norms.Technical Skill set: (Good to have)WCM, TS 16949, TPM, BMSSoft skills: (Must have)Inter-personal skillsGood Communication skills (Written and spoken) English -languageAnalytical ability, Problem-solving, Team leading at least 3 year independentlySoft skills: (Good to have)Present abilityLearning AgilityCustomer OrientationShould take Ownership,Computer Skills- MS OfficeSalary: 4.5 Lacs per annum
