Job Description Responsibilities PROPOSAL PROGRAM DESIGN Thoroughly understand requirements and goals for each program o Identifying appropriate service providers and community partners; reaching out them with our requirement o Negotiating rates contracts with various service providers and prepare costing sheets o Collect relevant information from service provider to include in the proposal o Draft detailed proposals to share with institutional partners DETAILED PLANNING AND DELIVERY Detail out the work involved for each program, including: identifying required resources, delegating work, identifying and defining milestonestimelines for deliverables, etc. Lead the development of a safety planrisk management protocol for each program and oversee its implementation to ensure the safety of our participants, customizing it for the location, group size, type of institutional partner, time of the year and other geopolitical conditions on the ground Oversee execution of programs on the ground EXACTLY as designed and planned Oversee on-field management of service providerspartnersparticipants, including on-arrival reception and orientation, responding to on-going feedback from partners, handling contingencies, briefing partners about the plan (and any changes to it), engaging key stakeholders effectively, etc. ,
