Duties and Responsibilities - Directs Site Admin teams towards standardization operations according to established guidelines. Works closely with site and HO based Project teams to ensure seamless integration of new initiatives for the benefit of employees and the organization. Creates , evaluates and supervises OPEX vendor performance and works closely with procurement teams, to ensure seamless operations Ensures creation of Admin communication planner and executes appropriate multi pronged communications to increase employee touchpoints On time publishing of centralized MIS and create a dashboard to manage procurements and optimize costs Create a strong governance framework and conduct periodic audit of safety standards as per organization guidelines , Thorough knowledge of Admin processes including their planning, implementation, and control. Thorough knowledge of canteen and general office management Considerable prior working knowledge in similar profile of employee satisfaction touch points Ability to create reports and templates with prior experience towards corporate presentations
