Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.Summary of This RoleManages the analysis, programming, and testing activities for system and/or software application development and service / support to include feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of new or revised software applications and/or systems. Advises and confers with team members on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods. Consults with team members in other areas to coordinate cross-functional activities. Oversees the effective development and implementation of programs to ensure that all software applications meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements. Administers change control process for zero defect system development. Ensures adequate application testing prior to implementation.What Part Will You Play

  • Bachelor s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field 10 to 15 years of software development experience2 to 3 years of experience of managing teamsHigh level proficiency in the Agile methodologies like Scrum, XP, Kanban etc.High level proficiency in the Microsoft .net stack. Expertise in C# .Net, Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, JavaScript, GitUnderstanding of design principles, threading, real-time processing, and SQL Server DB queries and performance tuningExcellent written and verbal communications skillsExperience debugging and performance tuning applications and servicesDesire and skill in coaching more junior engineersPassion for doing what is right for the team, our company, and our customers

  • This role will focus on the managing the technical processes related to software development and will assist in maintaining the high quality of new software systems. This role will focus on ensuring the software project security, and work to keep new technology by utilization of new tools and trends.Managing multiple product development teamsHandling technical as well as people aspects of the teamsGoals setting for the team members and help them achieve their goalsDefine career path for team members as per their aspirations and help them achieve itConflict resolutionResponsible for on time delivery with high qualityAssist in promoting a positive team culture
