Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities1. Ensure flawless delivery to the client and 100% target achievement2. Ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met.3. Monitor the overall execution of the internal projects and the scope of the projects4. Motivate team and conduct meeting with the team to generate productivity within team5. Reporting to internal management on various MIS requirement like Weekly error trend, WeeklyKPI, Highlights and lowlights in the process, preparation of client level governance pack6. High interaction with client to understand the perception and maintain good relations7. Adhere to established operating, risk, and compliance controls and standard operatingprocedures.8. Interprets client needs and works to meet those needs, offering assistance9. Support operations team in Query management for research and resolution.10. Review check list and provide sign off11. 1*1 with directs to understand the overall pulse and the issues within team12. Provide developmental feedback to the directs (AM, DM & TL)13. Maintain buffer ratio and highlight resource requirements14. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.15. Accomplishes Team goals by forecasting requirements; working with the clients; analyzingvariances and initiating corrective actions.16. Develop Standards, Foster Teamwork, Handle Pressure and give feedback17. Conducts performance appraisal of direct reports18. Understand development needs of sub-ordinates and address the same while maintaining high motivation levels.19. Willing to work in different shifts/ rotational scheduleDesired Candidate Profile1. Bachelor or masters Degree with emphasis in accounting, finance or economics preferred.2. Minimum 9+ years related work experience preferred.3. Experience in Bank Loan/ Loan Syndication and handling operations teams4. Proven negotiation and influencing skills.5. Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.6. Project Management/Lean/Six Sigma certification will be added advantage.7. Excellent communications skills including expressing complex ideas and concepts8.
