Duties and Responsibilities - 1. MBA Finance/Stats graduates. 2. Min 1-2 years of experience in medium to large size Bank/NBFC s 3. Analytics/ Statistics/ Model building experience. Relevant, sizeable experience in analytics (using tools like SAS, SQL, R, Python). Familiarity with small and large ticket business support will be a clear advantage 4. Presentation skills 5. Knowledge of Lending environment will be an added advantage 6. Effective verbal and written communication skills 7. Ability to work independently and towards deadlines , 1. Should have 2-3 year of overall experience 2. Should have minimum 1 years of experience in PMO 3. Graduate in Finance/Operations streams. MBA would be added advantage 4. Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company 5. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills 6. Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter 7. Quick learner
