Evaluates impact of new legislations and suggests amendments on the company policies and its operations- Respond to all external legal notices and queries raised by the functions- Preparation and maintenance of legal MIS- Analysis of the data and facts to help the Management in making the decision for Legal Suits- Custodian of all Legal documentsForeign Exchange Management Act (FEMA)- Filing RBI Annual Return- Documentation for ECB- Filing forms namely Equity declarations, Advance Reporting, FCGPR, FCTRS and obtaining related approvals- Keep update on FDI norms and guide on specific transactionsDue Diligence- Handling the Due diligence process- Obtaining the required documents from the Stake holders- Setting process for the compliances and its reporting,
