    Roles and Responsibilities Position : Manager / Divisional Manager Business Excellence Qualification : BE , MBA Experience : 10 to 15 Years Location : Chakan, Pune Develop and roll out BE model:Develop framework and roadmap for Business Excellence in line with company s vision, mission and longterm business goalsBusiness Excellence Maturity:Ownership for continuously upgrading company s level on Operation Excellence and Business ExcellenceMaturity Level.Example TPM Excellence to World Class Manufacturing , Sustainable Business Excellence Maturity LevelDevelop strategy and platform for Knowledge Management & Innovation Identify key operation improvement areas and roll out interventions in identifiedBusiness/function/department.Standardize approach and application of Lean/Six Sigma tools, and methods. Ensure Operation Excellencestandards (e.g. DMAIC, Lean, and Root Cause Analysis) are being used for problem solving (tools andmethods) and daily continuous improvement.Involved in driving breakthrough performance which has directly impacted the P&L of the company or led toa significant transformation in the businessDrive change management and identified best practices by engaging with Senior Leadership. Organizeworkshops, conduct training & facilitate teams and have strong project management capabilityDeliver large scale end-end Process Transformation projects and to enhance efficiency and profitability inoperationsBenchmark current practices with global practices and develop policies and guidelines.Designing and implementing systems, tools and other mechanisms that will measure the effectivenessand efficiency of key processesEffective implementation of Quality Management System like IATF, VDA 6.3, Ford Q 1 etc at all plants andshared services across the organizationFacilitate / Conduct training and accelerate the proliferation of BE culture across the organization by co-leading and co-facilitating the BE journeyPromote Kaizen Culture and TEI ( Total Employee Engagement)Communication at all levels,
