Position DetailsPosition DEPUTY MANAGER - ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS (PVT)Reports To Project Leader PVT M&HCVPlace of Posting MTBD,PuneResponsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Ensure that the Electrical & Electronics related concerns related to both plant & Field are resolved on time using systematic quality methodology for root cause analysis, ICA/PCA implementation. 2. Ensure that the Engineering Change Note (ECN) process is properly co-ordinated & implemented with very good effectiveness 3. Build a robust vehicle audit system to ensure that only defect free product goes to the field 4. Ensure that the learning s on concern resolution are fed back to the product design to improve the product & achieve modularity/ reduce variability wherever possible 5. To ensure that repetitive concerns, both Plant & Field, are reduced to zero by effective coordination with the various agencies(Plant/Design/Supplier) resulting in R/1000 and warranty cost reduction. 7. Conduct focused reviews & ensures meeting all targets wrt R/1000, USV Reduction,ECN implementation, Concern resolution, warranty cost etc. 8. Knowledge/exposure to Reliability Engineering Knowledge/exposure to supplier Process Audits Working knowledge of System Design Specification, DFMEA, and Design Validation Process Good knowledge on MS office, SAP is preferable,
