Position Details Position Manager - Finance & AccountsBusiness Unit/DivisionMTBDReports To Sr. Manager - Finance & AccountsPlace of Posting MTBD - PuneResponsibilities & Key Deliverables - Closing of books of accounts as per IndAS and reporting to sector conso cell. - Variance analysis of P&L and Balance sheet. Reconciliation of financial performance against budget and previous periods. Analysis of product wise profitability. - Financial presentation - Preparation of monthly / quarterly MIS for management reviews. - Annual budget : Preparation and discussion with various departments for revenue budget. Preparation of budget working file and templates. Budget presentation. - Budgetary control : Control on Fixed & Personnel expenses WBS. Monthly analysis of expenses (wrt budget & PY) / Monthly department wise expenses discussion. - Supervision of bank activities & BRS. Preparation of direct and indirect cashflow for MBLC review. Working capital MIS. - Balance Sheet scrutinty and cleaning up / Crusade on BS GL codes. - Compliance report , CFO Certificate. - GL Scrutiny and variance analysis. - Audits : Supervise quarterly statutory audit. Preparation of schedules for statutory audit. Comply with conso cell requirements for audit. - SOP, Process excellence, Internal control / COSO compliance. - Statutory compliance : Various statutory compliances such as TDS, PF, PT, NSS etc.Handling tax audit requirements for the division.
