* Duties and Responsibilities - Leverage all Bajaj digital properties to plan and design portfolio campaigns. Work closely with marketing and other stake holders to drive online FD campaigns Creating Marketing Strategies to maximize traffic to conversions on the company s website using optimization techniques. o Responsible to develop and manage Traditional and digital marketing campaigns. o Responsible to create Campaign segments using SQL to support portfolio campaigns. o Identify new trends in market on deposit souring evaluate new technologies that can be leveraged for productivity increase and enrich customer experience o Leverage analytics and BI inputs to improve campaign efficiencies and drive higher ROIs o Single node and owner of orchestration of outbound digital marketing initiatives and programs o Provide insights on customer conversion journeys Track & evaluate performance of launched campaigns with regular report Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA Finance/ Mktg b) Work Experience 3 5 Years With relevant 1-4 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
