Manages processes for checking for the completeness and accuracyof disclosure in financial statements. Resolves escalated issues from teammembers.
Leads working relationships with auditors and clients to makechanges to financial reports and ensure they accurately depict fundperformance.
Reviews work of team to ensure financial reporting meetsCorporate and any applicable regulatory standards. Oversees process changesneeded to ensure compliance with any new standards.
Assists in presenting fund reports to Board of Directors toensure good governance and communication of fund status.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Competent to have conversation with internal/ external partieson accounting concepts/ standards.
Qualified or Semi Qualified CA/ICMA/CS, CPA, CFA, MBA Finance,Masters/ Bachelor s degree in Commerce.
7-10 years of total work experience in Accounting/ reporting/finance.
