Alfa Laval India is looking for Manager HSEQ,MSproject Manager for it s Dapodi Pune location. The purpose of this job role would be to sustain and improve the QMS, HSEMS, Energy as per the International Recognized Standards like ISO etc. The person would be also responsible for claim review, reporting and follow up on monthly,drive HSEQ network in India,drive / lead Run Improvement Projects related to HSEQ or other process as agreed .

  • BSc / DME / BE with more than 10 years of experience in the related areas. Project Management experience, Internal as well as Lead Auditor for HSEQMS certification.
  • Lead Auditor in EMS and QMS.
  • Related qualification and experience in Quality and Environment will be preferred.
  • Plan Internal and external Audits for both HSEMS QMS
  • Focus and follow up on the timely completion of the actions on the Audit Findings.
  • Documentation and Document Control on the database.
  • Conduct Management Review Meeting for QMS and HSEMS
  • GRN preparation closing.
  • Generating and publishing HSEMS reports (MIS) regularly
  • Development of new procedure, tool whenever required.
  • Coordination with Factory Management specially with Quality Managers, AMRs and Safety Managers of Factories for smooth functioning of the QMS, HSEMS.and periodic meetings.
  • Drive / lead continual Improvement Projects related to HSEQ or other process as agreed.
  • Claim data extraction every month and report to Management Team and follow up every month with follow up meeting.
  • Coordination with LRQA for changes in standards and implementation of same in organization.
  • Organizing standard related training to users.
  • Give awareness to users regarding HSEQMS, AIMS, DDB Calibration System.
  • Testing and Calibration Lab Administration.
  • PO / Delivery note generation
  • Suppliers invoice regularization
  • HSEQMS and Process Improvements
