Job DescriptionReport to Vice Chairman & Managing Director for policy decisions and for day today functions report to VP (Operations) Pleasing personality, excellent communication skill in English, Hindi and Marathi. Very good in inter personal relationship, peer management, extremely good in public relationship, willing to work on a lean organisation and multitasking, good in training and development, employee engagements, ready to travel as and when required, highly professional in dress code, body language, extremely knowledgeable on all areas of human relationship management, willing to walk extra miles with peers and juniors as well, fully familiar and independent in all statutory and personnel matters, extremely knowledgeable in administration matters such as house keeping, security and safety, transport, canteen, hygeine, deep knowledge on cost management, cost control, highly focused on human excellence management, truly committed personality with proven track record, NO JOB CHANGES SINCE LAST 5 years, ready to sign a bond for minimum three years (as we have to spend a lot of time, money and energy to groom him/her) must have a valid passport, good network with peer group, strong enough to make presentation to larger crowds, matured enough to manage multiple tasks, should not look at position but only look at disposition, career oriented and not job oriented personality, willing to work on weekends, holidays etc., knowledge of project management on HR will be an additional advantage, strong enough to work with peer group without ego and complexity, ready to learn, train and develop people, innovative ideas to be placed to management on people development, retention and reward managements.
