Will be a strategic partner to the recruitment team, will design campaigns, micro-strategies, events, local/regional initiatives, awareness campaigns, pipeline generation etc. Contribute to developing the employer branding strategy and implement it Content Creation: Develop content with a focus on job-seeker facing materials to communicate culture / employer brand story for digital, social, and mobile, as well platforms Plan and implement both internal and external events Talent Attraction through digital and social media, content marketing and advertising and candidate communications Partner with internal Communications and Marketing team to leverage existing corporate owned content and promote cross sharing of content Partner with 3rd party vendors and agency to support recruitment marketing and multimedia efforts Provide consistent and timely reports, updates and presentations to communicate progress to stakeholders of all initiatives programs Support the team in various projects , * Up to 3 years of relevant experience in Communications, events, Recruitment Marketing & Branding. Proficiency in Copywriting, Proofing and Editing skills Must be detail oriented and can juggle between multiple projects Must be a graduate
