Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: Engage with internal stakeholders for requirement gathering for the Insurance Services Team Prepare Business requirement document and provide an effective liaison between the Insurance Services and PMO & IT delivery team. Ensuring timely communication to internal and external stakeholders on project deliverables. Process re-engineering. Customer portal / Xperia capability build and enhancement Develop a structured framework for project delivery and timelines management. Required Qualifications and Experience: Minimum qualification required is Graduate with an experience of around 3-4 years. Understanding and knowledge of Business Processes required for Insurance domain Should have been part of projects and understands the rigour of project management Strong written and oral communication skills required along with the ability to tailor communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences.
