Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage and Own the Incident Management Process Provide input to application/infrastructure scalability Lead and prioritise his team s work load Plan application releases and configuration changes To examine potential areas for Service Improvement and raise proposals Provide technical leadership Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot andresolve complex problems Achieve & manage SLAs Maintain application monitoring, performance tuning and testing Provide Application Support on complex internally and externally developedapplications Administer and maintain all production and internal environments Manage application/patch implementation, backup and roll-back plansDesired Candidate Profile Minimum 6 years of experience as Application Support Manager in Banking/NBFC sector.Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, andimplementation of software solutions. Experience with Oracle database on Unix and Microsoft SQL Server. Technically fluent in programming languages. Experience in implementation & supporting Enterprise applications and integrationwith various core applications.,
