Job Description

    - Coordinate with legal consultants, drafting & execution of various documents / contracts / Agreements,- coordinate and conduct of legal due diligence in respect of properties / lands / projects,- Support other departments and Interface with contractual partners,- Provide quality and timely legal advice.- Structuring, negotiating, drafting and review of agreements, correspondence and documentation, raising awareness to all levels of employees on contractual and related legal issues through workshop and presentations;- Prepare templates to simplify contractual procedures, excellent communication and relationship skills,- proficiency in use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook, good knowledge of real estate laws and best industry practices,- Ability to work hard and respond within tight deadlines, strong emphasis on good quality, timely and well-presented document, strong ability to plan, multi-task and organize routine work,- Ability to research case materials and find relevant references/ citations,
