We are looking for a experienced & reliable logistics & operations manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Roles and responsibilities Develop effective working relationship with individual/ corporate customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further logistics and business development opportunities Building & Maintaining fruitful business relationships with Logistics Partners, Material Suppliers and Space Partners within and outside Maharashtra Effectively manage skilled/ unskilled workforce and subordinates to ensure the highest quality service to Storekarou2019 customers and achievement of operating margin objectives Researching the storage and warehousing requirements of customers and make effective decisions for effective usage of space and optimize pickup, packaging and storage costs Oversees all operations and financial issues - minimizing claims, maximizing revenues, and controlling operational expenses to match established business plan Ensures all jobs are properly performed with appropriate human and transportation resources to ensure the highest level of quality, efficiency and safety to both resource and goods being managed Desired Profile MBA/ PGDBM Proven working experience in logistics, supply chain Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as organization & task management skills,
