"* Duties and Responsibilities - BACKGROUND Communications bring propositions to life. Each business relies on creative output to take their winning propositions to market. The quality of the stimulus determines the consumer response we get. We are looking at a person who can steer the creative creation process for all businesses in the portfolio. This person will be responsible for executing all the business communications requirements through the year. WHY THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED Steer the creation process for all creative stimuli requirements of CSR marketing KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES COMMUNICATIONS Lead the planning, creation and execution efforts for all CSR communications through the year Liaison with Program Management verticals to ensure on-brand, on-time delivery of creative output AGENCY MANAGEMENT Identify, appoint and nurture the set of agencies supporting the creative process Set up controls and governance processes to ensure output is as per the brief and on-brand Make necessary changes in the agency ecosystem to drive brand objectives COMMUNICATIONS FRAMEWORK AND EXECUTION SUPPORT Work in partnership with the CSR team and bring to life the communications framework developed for strategic assets. Provide the execution support for strategic brand communications initiatives , * ESSENTIAL SKILLS Deep understanding of creative communication Direct hands on experience in communications/advertising APTITUDE Team management Stretch, speed and agility Comfortable with change and ambiguity EXPERIENCE Marketing communications experience 2-3 year s experience Must have managed communications in his/ her role, not just above the line brand campaigns "
