1. Cataloguing & Content Management- The role requires firsthand experience of various business processes followed by Ecommerce marketplaces. Managing product cataloguing as per industry standards and coordinating with agencies on a day to day basis for catalogue and content planning. The candidate should have a strong business acumen. 2. Collaborate with multiple teams and business units to deliver all product/category releases and prepare work schedule for all projects and provide support to all marketing strategies. 3. Manage all communication plans for the ecommerce listing platform 4. Vendor Management- The role requires the person to handle various stakeholders to deliver best partner service. 5. Marketing Initiatives- Taking ownership and planning marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team. The candidate should have relevant experience in handling marketing campaigns. 5. Competitor Analysis - Stay aware of the competition and their new initiatives. Continuously observe ecommerce industry trends and proactively develop actions to stay ahead of the curve. 6. Content- Manage and coordinate with design agency to get banners designed as per new launches or schemes for the ecommerce listing platform. Brainstorm on creative ad copies and design style for the banners and get the agencies to deliver designs as per the requirement.,* Understanding of marketing communications - message hierarchy, consumer and competitive analysis Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels, demand planning, aesthetic sensibility, analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Proficiency in Magento, MS Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint Hands-on experience in most used formulas and functions like sort, filter, vlookup, sub-total, concatenate and pivot tables Excellent interpersonal skills Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter Minimum 2-3 years experience in Ecommerce/Project management roles MBA or Bachelor s degree with a specialization in marketing or business
