* Duties and Responsibilities - KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. CONTENT CREATION AND MANAGEMENT -Execute the content production and management plan to serve specified business objectives -Interface with Business, Search Marketing and Analytics -Support the search marketing team to win search rankings for a large keyword portfolio -Regularly update oneself with the latest tools, technologies, and trends B. PROCESSES AND CONTENT PERFORMANCE -Study the global best practices -Contribute ideas to refine workflow and processes -Track and analyze content metrics related to production, reach, traffic, consumption, and engagement -Continuously track content performance (impact on business and RoI) -Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion rates through content -Run content related tests and experiments , * REQUIRED SKILLS -A penchant for writing, editing and storytelling -Understanding of how content can drive business -Hands-on experience working on large content marketing programs -Ability to manage content at scale for multiple channels, devices, and formats especially mid- to long-form articles and short-length videos -Proven experience in managing a loyal subscriber base -Mobile-first thinking -Exposure to using data and analysis to improve content performance -Comfort with marketing technology platforms -Excellent agency management skills APTITUDE -Passion, stretch and agility -Stakeholder management and indirect influence -Ability to manage change and ambiguity -Quality orientation, eye for detail -Structured, analytical thinking -Comfort with numbers -Bias for execution and outcomes PAST EXPERIENCE -3-4 years of total experience preferably in a high-growth, digital native company -Education in mass communication, journalism, media; MBA a plus
