Duties and Responsibilities - KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DEVELOPMENT OF NEW CAPABILITIES Lead the process of implementation of new capabilities and development on Experia web portal Liaison with IT and Analytics teams for development basis BRDs generated Identify and work with specialist agencies for development of new assets OPTIMISATION AND ENHANCEMENTS Create a review process to proactively identify enhancement opportunities in existing assets Work with external agency partners to carry out ongoing enhancements required by business Oversee the process of development of tactical digital capabilities like online forms COMPETITOR BENCHMARKING Benchmark marketing technology platforms and investments with key competitors Create and execute a process of identification of global marketing technology trends and their applicability for the business Proactively call out investment requirements in anticipation of any fundamental changes in the technology landscape CROSS-COE AND PARTNER COLLABORATION Work with various COEs within marketing and across the company to lead the implementation of key projects Work with an external partner ecosystem for timely execution of various initiatives KEY METRICS Business KPIs Execution effectiveness parameters , EXPERIENCE -1-3 years experience in Project management with a web technology company -Must have a hands-on CMS based web development experience -Relevant experience in UI/UX will be a desirable plus APTITUDE -Speed and agility -Manage change and ambiguity -Comfortable in a high pressure environment
