You will lead the technical area of the Engineering and Maintenance Department. This position leads the preventive, predictive maintenance and calibration programs and ensures compliance with established procedures. In charge of engineering documentation, critical spare parts management and Automation initiatives and strategies. Recommends and establishes strategies to improve the utilities and equipment reliability. Generates and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the department. Key Site Responsibilities Manage, Ensure procedural compliance, Recommend and Drive improvements, Generate and Monitor KPI metrics to evaluate performance Computerized Maintenance Manager System (CMMS) to ensure compliance with Xellia procedures. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Programs Calibration Program Spare Parts program - ensure the availability of equipment spare parts and reduce related operational down time Participate in the selection of equipment spare parts The Automation Team - support site projects.
