Main Purpose of the Job

Manages a single or multidisciplinary team of Engineers and support staff in a single workplace or working on different assignment to deliver advanced MES and integrated solutions across global customer projects. Support clusters delivering and developing competences of account and project execution teams to secure that they match Global account needs. The job delivers technical/operational objectives through management of team of professionals with broad/deep knowledge; Set objectives and deliver results that have direct longer-term impact within the job area. Position to be based out of Chakan and may require travel up to 30

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out the operations in compliance with: a) all applicable laws and legal requirements and b) Tetra Paks Code of Business Conduct, Core Values, policies, procedures and guidelines and implement appropriate controls to secure early detection of any potential non-compliance
  2. Contributes to technical/operational strategy of the work area which meets business needs
  3. Drives short/medium term resources and competence planning to match the business need
  4. Defines standards under which team and key stakeholders operates
  5. Develop high performing team to deliver advanced/customized MES and integrated solutions
  6. Support Account teams and Clusters to deliver Automation solutions for Global accounts
  7. Secure successful deployment and ramp-up of Tetra Pak PlantMaster automation products in cooperation with PSE Plant Integration Support team
  8. Contributes to decision-making around complex issues in customer projects/work areas as well for organizational activities

Qualification

Critical Experience

7/8 years of professional experience knowledge of Tetra Pak standards, products, portfolio and applications. Technical background in the respective area Team coordination or project coordination experience
