1. Manager Operations For any of the post mentioned Candidate should have either one of the following technical knowledge:1) Good technical knowledge of Healthcare Diagnostics.2) Good technical knowledge of Microbiology, Biotechnology & Pathology Laboratory.1. Interact daily with director for day to day action plan.2. Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.3. Ensure all workings are correct, effective and timely followed.4. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support oforganizations mission -- specifically, for quick reporting, & Client Satisfaction.5. Plan inventory and ensure store efficiency, prepare reports on the current condition of logistics & decide the next course of action.6. Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff.7. Establish organizational structures Examine financial data, client bills and plan for the payment recovery.8. Ensures the machinery and equipment used have the ability to produce the expected test in a day and services for the client at an acceptable standard.9. Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between Clients & Company.,
