This willinclude process equipment control system design, setup, upgrades and other special projects.The job requires the ability to design and apply a variety of process control technologies,including PAC/PLC system, AC/DC drive system, AC/DC motion control, digital and analogsystems, interactive operator/machine interface, data acquisition, and various process controlstrategies like PID, advanced process control, process control networking, systemsintegration, system commissioning, complying with all EHS rules/policies/procedure. Workincludes an emphasis on programming in a wide variety of formats specific to individualsupplier s control hardware, with the end goal of a total industrial controls solution. Theposition requires candidate to carry out process equipment/machine control system designcheckout, startup and commissioning.The PI&CS engineer will be located at 3M Ranjangaon .
