Job Description

1. Process Design to Suit to the Required Accuracy & Volume of the Production2. Preparation & updation of Process Sheets, Process Flow Charts, PFMEA & Control Plans3. Productionization & Establishing the Process on the Shop Floor4. Procurement of the Required Tooling / Equipments Installation & Proving for the New Components / models / ECNs5. Assistance to the Suppliers for Establishing production & Quality where required6. Capacity planning & introduction of new technologies7. Review, study & decide on the PCRN/PDRN raised by manufacturing shops. Update Process sheets based on PCRN/PDRN8. Process & methods improvements for higher productivity & quality9. Trolley maintenance and Correction with help of internal suppliers10.
