Self-driven action enthusiasts who do not wait for a nudge to deep dive into a plan If that sounds like you and you have a love for Outdoing , this is the place to be!Responsibilities: Identify and pre plan project requirement Ensure proper BOQ received for the item received Research potential vendors Send requirement to potential vendor Follow up for the quote from vendor Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Plan negotiation meeting Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Take approval on the finalized vendor Issue PO Track orders and ensure timely delivery Review quality of purchased products Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends Prepare MIS as per Management requirement Prepare Vendor Evaluation Report in coordination with internal teams Prepare monthly cash flowRequirements and skills: Proven work experience as a Purchasing Executive, Real Estate experience will be given due weightage Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) Hands-on experience with purchasing software (SAP Preferred) Understanding of supply chain procedures Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses Skill set required: Negotiation, Analytical, Forecasting Graduation is must,
