Our decency quotient, or DQ, drives our culture and everything we do inside and outside of our company.Job TitleManager, Product Integration Lead and / or support initiatives to enhance the knowledge of how to onboard, integrate, and support APIs within the Global Customer Delivery community.Evaluate technical documentation, architecture and solutions based on Mastercard standards.Architect and manage process frameworks that cuts across multiple products or solutions that propagates consistency and scalability.Create training material and conduct training programs to Global Customer Delivery on complex technical elements within products and solutions.Partner with cross-functional teams from Product Development, Platform Owners, Technical Architects and API Consultancy and Standard team for initiatives related to technology, standards and solutions.Partner with Global Product Integrators to provide support and consultancy on scaling and automating specific processes within their product and / or solutions that simplifies onboarding and integration efforts by internal and external stakeholders.Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
