Overview: The Connectivity and Switching team is dedicated to growing MasterCard revenue from transaction switching and from value added services associated with switching. The Connectivity and Switching team partners with C&I, Operations & Technology and Regional Partners to enhance the strategic fit, quality, efficiency and applicability of Mastercard s network and services assets to customer need and market opportunities and evolves MasterCard s network assets architecture to drive competitive advantage. The team creates and packages Product and Solutions offerings to drive new transaction flows, VAS product distribution and competitive advantage with Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants, Processors, Financial institutions, Fintechs, Governments and other industry participantsRole: tManager, Product Management, will provide end-to-end support for the rollout of existing (Direct Services Access) and new Connectivity solutions globally. tResponsible for managing sales pipeline, assessing opportunities, prospect qualification and defining value proposition tPartner with regional leads, product and sales teams to identify new product opportunities, feature enhancements, and go-to-market requirements tContributes to the development of strategies, product roadmaps as well as creation and delivery of new products tSupports development leads in roadmap planning and assists in the creation of requirements and features, and tracking of backlog items tManages communication of roadmap to internal stakeholders (product owners, delivery, implementation and support) and vendors to ensure solution availability and readiness tDrives data analytics; creates, evaluates, manages and communicates product performance/key success factors. tManages updates for sales materials, internal tools (confluence) as well as manuals and technical guidesResponsibilities: tWill be the SME and main point of contact for customer, product delivery and support teams for all connectivity solutions (DSA and others) tWill lead the technical efforts and liaises with the relevant cross functional teams in delivering DSA successfully tManages end-to-end project management activities for new products and product enhancements tDevelops process for tracking enhancements, features and backlog tDevelops best practices for solution integration and communicate those to all relevant teams tLeads training efforts for customers and internal teams as needed tTracks and communicates product performance/SLAs through dashboard reporting and metricsAll about You: Knowledge/Experience: tStrong technical background and/or experience with software development, technical terms and general concepts tKnowledge of agile methodology is a plus tDemonstrable experience with product management principles and the product development lifecycle tBackground in payments and/or understanding of payments ecosystem and value chain tProven ability to learn and master new subject matter areas tExperience with Cloud Connectivity and APIs is a plusSkills/Abilities: tAbility to effectively manage cross functional partners while performing multiple functions tSelf-motivated, problem solver who is result driven and has a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment tStrong written, verbal and presentation skills tDeep knowledge of analytics and dashboards for conveying information tStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task tDetail-oriented with an ability to understand and contribute to operational product processesEducation: tBachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
