  • Responsible for handling end-to-end projects of Mahindra Construction Equipment s Rental vertical
  • Responsible for managing entire site operations with over 200-250 machines deployed PAN India.
  • Responsible for managing the P&L of the Projects and ensuring profitability
  • Manage PAN India Project Sites with respective hub managers for different locations having dual reporting to the incumbent. Hub managers will have dual reporting to both RMC & Project Lead
  • The incumbent is expected to manage end-to-end project operations including manpower planning and management.
  • Provide direction to Hub Managers to effectively manage the site operations and assist in overcoming bottlenecks in the process
  • Expected to have a good understanding of manpower mindset deployed at site in order to utilize resources effectively
  • Manage & foster Key Account customers by understanding their expectations and work towards delivering results
  • Key deliverables would include machine up time, effective crew management, safety & discipline across sites.
  • Proactiveness to forecast and predict unknown / unforeseeable changes in order to be better prepared to take precautions / measures thus aiding the business from uncertainty
  • Study & implement best industry practices and streamline processes
  • Additionally, responsible for studying the market and identifying potential business development opportunities through other players.
  • Excellent product knowledge & a proactive approach is a must
