Position : Quality ManagerExperience :Minimum 8+ years work experience as a Quality Consultant with organizations in Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services, Ecommerce, Shared ServicesQualifications : Preferably MBA in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / Master Black Belt / Black BeltPre-requisite: Agile, PMP, Prince2 or similar certification or knowledge are added advantage, Black Belt / Green Belt Certified is a must, with extra weight age on the number of projects completed.Competency : Ensuring the integrity of data;Drawing reliable and actionable conclusions and recommendations from data analysis; and Creating specific reports in an engaging and story-telling formatAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to produce high quality results expeditiously while building relationshipsStakeholders :Respective Function HeadsInternal Peers, Global Process LeadsStake HoldersTeam Size : 2 - 5Depending on the previous experience and our requirementRoles and ResponsibilitiesManagement of all Quality Initiatives for the Functions / Cross Functions Lead & successfully close at-least 2 High Impacting Black Belt Projects or Design projects which are linked to assigned function Strategy in a year Setup Quality and Knowledge Management frameworks to support Operational sustainability Developing roadmap to improve Process Quality and Efficiency Accountability of Quality and to ensure the Quality framework is being driven as expected. Ensure wing to wing and correct measurement standards are put in place and dash-boarded Drive process improvement & transformational projects on key business problems Generate business impact through Continual Improvement initiatives Due diligence activities to proactively identify improvement ideas Individual Contributor role Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, controls, and related standards Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and communication skills DNA development through training & mentoring functional members to foster process Excellence Culture
