Test ManagerDomain: Banking and Financial domain knowledge. Payments domain experience will be good to have12-15 years of Testing Experience with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test strategy, Test Planning, Test Cases Design, Test Data Setup, Defect Management, Test log, Test results, Test Traceability Matrix and Test Metrics.Hands on experience in testing these products in all QA environments.-Must have experience in creating and implementing automation frameworks at UI and Services Automation.-Experience in handling automation team and guide the other Agile Delivery teams-Must have hands on experience on VSTS, TFS and automation tools.-Experience in working Agile methodology-Experience in CICD tools configuration to automation toolsExperience in building automation framework for functional testing of these products Experience of doing QA activities of client reported issues and well verse with environment challenges for these products. Exposure to client handling during issue resolutions Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders, Escalate critical risks Bring innovation and value adds in line with industry trends and client needs Creative thinking, good problem solving skills Mentor and provide thought leadership to a team. Has ability to withstand pressure without diluting processes. Has understood and adopted effective techniques of parallel testing in agile product development environment In case of emergency take charge of the situation, drives the team, coordinate with stakeholders.
