Job Description

There is a requirement for Manager QA position for the Payment and Billing BU. This person would be required to coordinate with all the onshore locations for driving actions related to SLA improvements and customer requirements.The resource will also be engaged in ramping up new projects, customers and businesses within the BU Onshore or Offshore. This will require the resource to work with the Clients and liaise internally with the teams.This resource needs to know the end to end processes for AP, Remittance and knowledge about the FF, PC and TMS systems would be required. Knowledge of improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma, Lean would be required. Good communication skills and flexibility to work in US shifts will be needed. All resources in AM roles having completed more than 24 months in the role. 50% Cost of this resource will be borne by the US Operations.,
