Job Description

Responsibilities Key Deliverables

  • Responsible for entire RMC portfolio of Mahindra Construction Equipment handling approximately 200-250 machines.
  • Responsible for managing the PL of the RMC vertical and ensuring profitability
  • Manage PAN India RMC Sites with respective hub managers for different locations having dual reporting to the incumbent
  • Innovative construction practices to reduce costs, add value proposition to customer, etc.
  • Knowledge of handling fleet for Road construction, airport, civil, projects.
  • Hub managers will have dual reporting to both RMC Project Lead
  • The incumbent is expected to understand different business models, derive insights and drive innovation
  • Primarily responsible for setting up terms conditions, agreements and rates in a manner leading to better margins profitability
  • Manage key accounts foster relationships with large clients
  • Disputes management conflict resolution at different sites
  • Proactiveness to forecast and predict unknown / unforeseeable changes in order to be better prepared to take precautions / measures thus aiding the business from uncertainty
  • Study implement best industry practices and streamline processes
  • Knowledge of handling commercial RMC plant, airport, civil, projects.
  • Additionally, responsible for studying the market and identifying potential business development opportunities through other players

Experience

Around 6 10 years of relevant experience

Educational Qualifications

BE / B.Tech / MBA (Preferable)
