Responsibility of compliances and deliverables (Statutory and other) MIS, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Profession Tax etc Technical review of clients accounts schedule VI, Notes to Accounts, Directors Report, Tax Audit report and MIS Well versed with Indian GAAP, schedule VI, income tax etc Billing and Recovery Working knowledge of regulations Work planning & scheduling Client relationship Business understanding of clients Client co- ordination, client relationship, client mining Providing solutions to the client Identifying and resolving accounting / legal issues - highlighting current / probable statutory non- compliance in clients accounts Identifying control points in clients and processes Liaise with the Client Service and Operations team for bringing about process improvement Desired Candidate Profile Should have experience of client facing and co- ordination Should have experience of audit of small and medium size companies and Should have worked on Finalization Knowledge of Income Tax, Service Tax, VAT, Excise, Company Law, FEMA Worked in BPO/ CA firm/ Consultancy firm/ Big 4s Good presentation and communication skills Quick grasping ability Ability to handle pressure & perform under stress Willingness to travel to different locations Ability to handle escalation & closing the issue.,
