1. Undertaking IT integration projects for fulfilling business requirements with Innovative ideas. 2. Coordination with BAL team & other group companies for activations and activities. Marketing efforts and drawing parallel events and initiatives at BAFL 3. Analysis of traffic and business being driven from various online channel partners and co-ordination for corrective actions, benchmarking best business practice across Industry to Improve ADC vertical efficiency by delivering high Volume with Low delinquency. 4. Keeping track of the deliverables on monthly basis, an eye on minimizing losses by driving collection in Higher bucket & High POS cases. 5. Creating knowledge banks or modules for helping the field staff with on-going processes, to create roadmap for 2020 focusing on improving Digital platform, sourcing through App, making robust Lead Management process with high efficiency. 6. New product drive i.e. EMI Card, Urbanite Project & FEMI Drive etc. 1. Relationship Management & high interpersonal skill to coordinate with field & Inter / Intra Departments 2. Should have keen interest of business drive through Digital / Market Intelligence 3. Experience of handling data and presentation 4. Excellent XL & Analytical Skill 5. Working experience in IT related projects would be an added advantage ,
