Job Description

Position Summary: Describe below the primary purpose and function of this jobThe incumbent will play a dual role by leading a highly qualified and energetic team of US Financial Reporting Line of Business and be a part of smart tech team as a digital lead. He/ she must know to code, and developing tools, applications to make the process more efficient.Identify SMART Tech opportunities, Prioritize and liaise with different stakeholders to for their consent and approvalsProgram manage all the technology projects and be accountable for the overall architecture and quality of the solutionHe/ she must ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively in meeting the SLA targets. He/ she would need to interact with the Onshore on an ongoing basis and would be playing a part in Relationship Management with them.He/ she must monitor quality and productivity maintaining both to the highest standard and regularly communicate performance metrics with the LOB onshore team and internal management. Understand new technology trends in Automation and develop required understanding and competency to digitize the business processLEVELING FACTORSBusiness Expertise: Describe the requirement for knowledge and expertise about how various parts of the organization work together to achieve business objectives. Explain the degree of understanding required of the industry, commercial environment and of competitor s products and services.Must be able to work both independently and in close coordination with the project team, the financial reporting line of business through decision making, setting strategies and advising of solutions.Strong Knowledge of various technology solutions/ tools like RPA, ML, ETL is required to build an effective solution. Must have experience in delivering PoC and pilot projects to improve process efficiencyGood knowledge of the Investment Markets financial reporting and accounting is required. Knowledge of current financial reporting platform products in the market, such as FundSuiteSX, and ReportBuilder, as well as competitive products, is a plus.,
