Job Description

  • To implement, monitor and maintain Quality Assurance processes and procedures
  • Responsible for Quality control procedures like building test scenarios, UAT, patch movement, and Business UAT and tracking and monitoring post production bugs.
  • Execute and liaison with business users, IT SPOCs and Business Partners for requirements and testing completion.
  • Managing Sourcing-QA team- assigning work/tasks within team, tracking, and issues resolution of team.
  • Publishing the QA status reports and communication to all stake holders.
  • To implement Test automation tool and managing those vendors.
  • Also responsible for team performance tracking and incentive calculations.
, Desired ProfileRequired Qualifications and Experience:Minimum qualification required is Graduate with an experience of more than 6-7 years.Thorough knowledge of Business Processes required for Finance domain, especially Loans and Advances.Experience in handling team and interacting with process owners / project team membersShould have capabilities of leadership, agility and result orientationInterest and passion to work on IT applications and projects which supports businesses.Should be capable of learning different Quality methodologies / toolsPositive attitude and able to manage team effectively.Good communication skills.
