Job Description

Managing Consultant - HR (Employee Relations) Pune Location ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure HR Partnering with Business as HRBP.
  • To Maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Contribute to the development of the Human Resource function by developing an ER strategy that is aligned with business needs.
  • Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organization
  • Act as first point of contact for employees for grievances, performance management and other employee relations issues
  • Need to have good knowledge of Performance Management System and should be able to drive the same.
  • Conduct internal progression process like IJPs.
  • Act as a HR business partner. Advise and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinary, grievances and performance issues.
  • Ensure development and implementation of data-driven HR analytics from multiple systems to continuously improve critical HR Processes, enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide advice, counsel and resolution to managers on a broad range of employee issues including general HR issues, policy interpretation, work conditions & employee development.
  • To support resolution of employee relations issues and conducts investigations as necessary.
  • Monitor compliance of all requirements and time-lines specified in the complaint/grievance procedures
  • To confer with and/or advises management regarding interpretation of policies and/or processes; provides guidance to management to ensure compliance organizational policies.
  • To reviews, maintains and updates the Human resources online handbook and policy and procedures manuals as necessary. Communicates changes and updates to the workforce and provides training when appropriate
  • Conduct exit interviews to ensure proper information is captured, recorded, and is available for analysis
  • Meets with management to discuss possible action steps to resolve associate relations issues.
  • Manage company-wide communications for organizational announcements as needed.
  • Assist with audits and maintenance of employee personnel records.
  • Preparation and maintenance of HR reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
  • Build a strong business relationship with the internal client.
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Post Graduate in Human Resources preferred. Graduate in any discipline.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience required. Should have good exposure to HRBP role. BPO experience preferable.PREFERRED SKILLS: Must be available to work in night shifts. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating business, client and candidate needs. Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues Strong problem-solving ability Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent. PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology. Ability to accurately and articulately document information. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
