This position is for Electrification Plant to be based in Pune/ Chakan.Creating , developing , and setting- up new assembly workstations and automated process equipment.Design and implement processes that can achieve the levels of required quality , customer service and manufacturing , providing technical support to maintain and improve the efficiency and productivity levelsDesigning , finalization implementation of Assembly Line , End of line functional test benches / Special purpose machines or Equipments as per product requirements adhering to safety standardsDefine Equipments , Tools , Manufacturing processes and their costAddress manufacturing problems related to the process and productivity.Follow up , improve and monitor metrics or capacity measures , such as Yield , Scrap , Productivity , Efficiency.Determine the man- load for the manufacturing lines and provide the equipment , machine and tools required on demand.Design the manufacturing systems Lay- Out.Support layout and installation of equipment , develop sequence and supplier to handle the installation , certify safety regulations and specifics for each assetProvide training and coordination to the engineering assistants/ co- op assigned to the manufacturing lines.Design manufacturing instruction and develop new process , work methods and control plans Developing APQP Documents , Perform PFMEA sound knowledge of DFMEATrack one or more product lines during development , participate in the design , and practice Design for Manufacturing Assembly (DFMA) principlesEnsure industrialization and cost reduction for manufacturing purposesEstablish the BOM manufacturing structureFollow the assembly of the first prototypes and make recommendations following the observations (NPI)Provide engineering technical support for prototyping and production;Process non- conformities in production / inspection and participate in the processing of customer returnsParticipate in the development and monitoring of process AMDECs and other product quality documentsLead the process improvement and optimization , problem solving and failure analysis exercisesParticipate in various continuous improvement projects.Support purchase process through SAP/ OracleBasic designing tools like Auto CAD/ Pro- E and its basic operatingSupport Lean manufacturingStudy customer requirements from customer specific requirements other sources of information and prepare Capex , Manpower Conversion cost for business proposalsTS - 16949 system requirementsDrive of 5S TPM and implementation Job Requirements:Specific Skills / Personal Attributes:Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics8- 12 years of experience in same fieldCustomer service orientationDemonstrated ability for interpersonal relationshipsProblem solving abilityKnowledge of MatLabEnglish communication (read , write spoken) should be adequate to converse at international levelAvailability to travel extensively locally internationally (50% of the time)Must- have direct hands- on experience going through at least 1 complete cycle from new product introduction to manufacturing process equipment hand- off to Production and MaintenanceExperience in complex electro- mechanical system design , GDTs from concept to detailingKnowledge of PLCs and process automationKnowledgeable with process characterization and validation using statistical toolsKnowledge of 3D softwareExpertise in analysis and problem solving;Team spirit and collaboration;Ability to work in a changing and growing environment.Interpretation of design knowledge.Knowledge SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Lean ManufacturingKnowledge of project management and problem- solving techniquesExpertise in Motors and invertersExperience Requirements: 10+10+Education Requirements: Bachelors DegreeBachelors Degree,
