  • 5 years of experience tools and fixture design for fabrication assembly with Creo CAD tool hands on experience.
  • Ability to understand and / use Creo software for concepting, modeling and detailing of tooling as per standards.
  • Basic of Tool & Fixture Design
  • Resting, locating & Clamping principles.
  • Hands on experience - Machining Fixtures design & manufacturing required for Tractor components.
  • Hands on experience for Gage designing & Manufacturing
  • Ability to understand and interpret the standards, apply them to tooling designs
  • Materials used for Fixture design & Heat treatment process.
  • Knowledge for Limit Fit & Tolerances, Geometric tolerances.
  • Ability to read and interpret product drawings and prints for GD&T, apply GD&T for tool designs.
  • Large assembly tolerance stack analysis.
  • Knowledge about Hydraulic line routing, fitting selection & part selection.
  • Knowledge on tooling manufacturing processes and constraints and ability to apply them on tool designs.
  • Should be aware about standard parts selection & suppliers
