Responsibilities : Work with sales team to identify research targets and goals. Conduct market and web research on prospective clients. Develop questionnaires and moderator guides for capturing data. Compile research into clear and concise reports for sales team. Create other reports and presentations as needed. Required Skills : 2 to 3 years of market research experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (must be able to create VLookups and pivot tables). Knowledge of SPSS/SAS, VBA, and other analytics tools is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Exceptional written and oral communication skills in American English. Bachelors or advanced degree. ,
