*Marketing Documentation Specialist Location: Pune-India Job ID: 19WD32411Position Overview This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our new, fast-growing Marketing Operations and Technology (MOT) organization, and contribute to establishing a world-class marketing environment to better-serve our customers. The role sits within Marketing Enablement & Training team which is responsible for project management and ensuring change management as we roll out new initiatives.We are looking for a professional to work closely with our training team to document our marketing programs, systems and processes within a changing marketing ecosystem. Key focus will be on building out documentation to onboard new marketing employees to Autodesk broadly as well to their specific roles. Works with team to understand documentation needs, reviews documentation requirements for specific project, and assists/conducts documentation kick-off meetings. Maintains project documentation requirements; able to provide status of documentation at all times. Creates/locates/modifies non-standard document deliverables. Develops and submits documentation reports. Works closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, Reporting/ Analytics team and other staff members for the purpose of exchanging information. Most contact is internal to the company.Responsibilities Work with MOT and broader marketing teams to assess content opportunities & gapsConduct audits of current processes, determine success metrics, analyze results, and take actionDevelop technical and non-technical documentation to support marketers.Work with training & communications team to ensure (non)technical documentation is posted to be readily accessible to marketersAssist in cataloging and controlling technical documentationHelp troubleshoot / resolve / train end user questions / needsContribute to writing the project specific document management plansUnderstands the project specific document management plan and executes as well as promotes its contentsAdheres to company and project quality requirementsPromote departmental improvement / developmentMinimum Qualifications 1-2 years profession experience in documentation or related fieldEffective oral and written communication skillsDemonstrates solid clerical and organizational skillsDemonstrates solid time management skills and the ability to keep stakeholders up to dateDemonstrates beginning database skillsDemonstrates basic Excel skills (formulas, formatting, tables, etc)Ability to work alone with minimal supervision after instruction has been providedAbility to establish and maintain proactive and professional relationships with all levels of personnelPreferred Qualifications Knowledge of marketing and marketing technology ecosystems preferred,
