Job Description

    Primary duties: A marketing manager is a professional who oversees a team focused on finding new patrons to visit the hotel. The marketing manager for a hotel may develop partnerships with local travel companies like rental services and airlines. Hotel marketing managers may also monitor the creation of advertising materials and campaigns to build awareness of the hotel brand and attract more customers.Job descriptionResponsibilities: 1. Strong experience in both online & offline marketing for multiple industries. 2. Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights. Research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity. 3. Preparing marketing calendar ,plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and brand building programs. 4.Interacting with the different product heads and creating roadmap and strategies for branding & marketing multiple products & services. 5. Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability and translate brand elements into company plans and strategies 6. Lead creative development and ensure the expectation of business stakeholders are met. 7. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates. 8. Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates. Measure performance of marketing campaigns, assess ROI & KPI. 9. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities 10. Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities, promotional materials and campaigns. 11. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions 12. Devise innovative growth strategies. Align the company around brand direction, choices and tactics
