MARKETPLACE Manager Come help us reimagine the future and shake things up at company We are looking for an excellent MARKETPLACE Manager in company who has extensive experience in understanding consumer needs and an e-commerce environment. They must have a competitive nature, as they must be aware of all aspects of not only their products but also of their competition. The goal is to increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth. As the Marketplace Manager at company, you will be responsible for: Drive the overall category performance and sales. To maximize sale of the category with least value losses. Accountable for monthly sales growth. Developing sales & marketing strategies, while ensuring end to end category development. Provides category insights and proposals by analysing marketing and customer data and monitoring relevant market conditions. Develop product pricing, discount schemes and positioning strategies. The Successful Applicant is the one who has: MBA from reputed institution with 2 years experience handling marketplaces. Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles. Previous experience in the e-commerce environment is a MUST. You should be an entrepreneurial individual who has the drive and vision to expand the business. A customer centric, analytical problem-solving mindset. Willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, while also fairly evaluating all possible solutions in making strategic decisions. Positive, upbeat, can-do attitude - Self Starter Superb communication skills, clear and concise in both written and verbal communication. Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to foresee market trends and stay ahead of the competition Strong organizational and problem solving skills. Further, you should be extremely creative and also should have a dynamic personality.
